GS Military Designs — Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: March 5, 2026
GS Military Designs sells made-to-order Print-on-Demand (POD) and All-Over-Print (AOP) products. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, our return policy is different than big-box retail.
1) Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Items)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- Normal print variations (minor placement differences, slight alignment differences, or small variation between screen colors and printed colors)
- Items that were worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Why: POD and AOP products are created on demand and cannot be restocked as “new” inventory.
2) We Will Make It Right If We Mess Up
We will replace the item or issue a refund if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective (printing flaw, seam issue, major staining from production, etc.)
- Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong design, wrong color sent)
3) How to Report a Problem (Required)
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of:
- the full item laid flat
- a close-up of the issue (damage/defect)
- the shipping label/packaging (if available)

4) Resolution Options
After we review your request, GS Military Designs may offer one of the following:
A) Free Replacement (Most Common)
We’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you when the issue is confirmed.
B) Refund
A refund may be issued when:
- A replacement is not possible (out of stock, discontinued, etc.), or
- The defect/damage is significant and documented
Refund timing: If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by bank/payment provider.
5) Return Shipping
In most cases, we do not require you to mail the item back. However, we reserve the right to request a return in certain situations. If a return is required due to our error, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
6) Delivered But Not Received / Shipping Issues (U.S. Domestic)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Please check around your delivery location, mailbox/parcel locker, and with household members/neighbors.
- Then contact the carrier to open a case.
If you still need help, contact GS Military Designs within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can assist with next steps. (Carrier investigations have time limits.)
7) Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to the carrier or marked undeliverable because:
- the address provided was incorrect/incomplete, or
- delivery was refused or not collected,
we can often re-ship the order, but re-shipping costs may apply.
8) Cancellations & Changes
Because items go into production quickly, requests to cancel or change an order (size, color, address) must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
